We can then arrange an initial consultation. Here you can talk in confidence about what has brought you to this point in your life and we can think together whether psychotherapy and counselling will be helpful for you at this time.
You will be able to discuss practical issues such as fees and frequency of sessions. Normally I see people on a regular, once weekly basis but on occasions meeting more frequently may be more helpful. We would come to an aggreement as to the time and day we would meet, and discuss arrangements for payment, missed sessions and holidays.
At present my fee is £40 per 50 minute session, but I do offer concessions for those on a low income.
I work Monday to Thursday during the daytime and have some evening appointments.
